Service Times

Service times are 10.30 am and 6.30 pm and the service usually lasts about an hour and a quarter. Holy Communion is part of the service on the first Sunday in the month in the morning and on the third Sunday in the evening. On the last Sunday of the month there is a Family Service in the morning during which the young people take part. On the first Sunday of the month there is a traditional service at 3.30 pm, except during August and December and in the evening a Celebration and Praise service.

We try to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in our services. Newcomers to the Christian faith and people from many different traditions feel at home with us and the morning services take account of the needs of people of all ages. Most Sundays the children are with us for the first 20 minutes and then leave for their own activities, including a crèche. Some Sundays the children stay in for an All Age Family Service.

We enjoy praising God in many different styles using both traditional and modern words and music. Our worship is greatly helped by the varied talents of our musicians.

There is level access to the building and a hearing aid loop in the church.

Tea and coffee are served in the Church Hall following the morning service.
