The FIZZ children's event is run on the 3rd Saturday afternoon of each month. It aims to give children a taste of the Christian faith in a relaxed setting. Using stories, puppets, multi-media, songs and activities, Jesus is presented in ways that are relevant to children.

We meet at two venues from 4.45 to 6.30pm: Chipping Sodbury Baptist Church and St Nicholas Church.

For young people who want to go on with God, 'The Jam' is a monthly highlight offering contemporary worship, relevant teaching and a chance to get together with over 60 Christian young people. It provides the kind of stimulating spiritual environment where young people thrive.

We meet every 3rd Sunday evening, 7pm at Chipping Sodbury Baptist Church Hall in the High Street.

The Work in Schools

The ASSEMBLY TEAMS regularly visit all local Primary and Secondary Schools. The Christian assemblies that they lead are always lively, informative and Bible-based. Staff and children express their appreciation and the visits are welcomed as part of each school's regular assembly programme.

ROCK SOLID is a high-octane Christian event for teenagers, run as a lunch-time club at Brimsham Green, Chipping Sodbury and King Edmund’s schools. Every week young people enjoy fun and games, which all lead to a short 'thought for the day', offering a Christian perspective on a teen-theme.
